My almost 12 years as a child abuse investigator for Child Protective Services provides me with a very different internal ​perspective that can shift the outcome of a case dramatically. I also worked as a forensic interviewer and foster/adoption trainer, homestudy writer and social worker.

I am familiar with the system, so CPS records look different to me. I can make sense of them quickly and efficiently.​ I was in the trenches, so I case audit with a different lens.
